1 – Your question or remark could interest others

To take full advantage of the power of the Myows community, we recommend you post questions on the forum.
(You will need to open a free Myows account before you can post).
Before doing so, we advise you to search the forum’s comments – there’s a good chance your issue has already been raised.

2 – Your question can fit in a tweet

To keep it short and sweet, why not ask your question in a tweet? Just @myows us.

3 – You want to Email us directly

Alternatively, send your emails to the support desk. Your message will be reviewed by one of Myows’s founding partners and all conversations will be kept private. Please don’t spam us. That’ll really make us mad.

4 – Submit a support ticket

If you wish, you can also submit a support ticket through the Helpdesk.
We use zendesk for our support management software (and so does Twitter). So far we love it.
Your information will be kept private. Communications are SSL secure.

The Myows founding partners answer all support tickets themselves, so please allow at least 24hrs for us to respond.
